When The World Screamed is another story of Professor Challenger, where a new madness makes him feel the human existence of the Earth on him. The professor says that the Earth is a giant creature and it doesn’t matter, and we don’t even know that we humans are sitting on it.
The professor believes that drilling into the center of the earth will be the first person to inform the planet that there are people on it. A very expensive experiment began and one day his dreams came true.
A few miles higher, the people working in the excavations saw the most remarkable and frightening thing they had ever seen. This is the country; with vision or breathing. Everyone was shocked at first sight. Even the person in charge of drilling the ground will be confused whether to do so or not. How could he hurt the giant creature that housed us?
Now all the noble and ingenious scientists are facing the professor as he drills the last crust of the earth. What’s next? “I have a vague memory of hearing my friend Edward Malone of Ga-in other words, it tells the story of Professor Challenger with whom he is associated some amazing adventures.
